Red lipstick is back (did it ever go out?)
British Vogue says, "Keep the eyes neutral if emphasis is on the lips and choose a shade that suits you - a blue red suits cool skin tones, and orange reds are for warmer ones."
I love the wine reds. They are dramatic and can even be gothic.
Bear in mind, if you are self couscious about the colour of your teeth, orange reds bring out the yellow (I learned that by experience).
I believe black eyeliner and red lipstick is killer hot for nighttime. Add red or black nails...vaVOOM!
